Exhibitors to Showcase Projects to Filmmakers TV Producers during 2014 Product Placement Expo in Miami

Authors Looking for Book-to-Film Deals, Musicians Promoting Ability to Produce Scores will Highlight Nation's First Product Placement Expo

Miami, FL – As film and TV producers prepare to venture to Miami, Florida for the first-ever Product Placement Expo; authors, musicians and other creative artists are preparing to make an impression. Exhibitors will decorate their booths with the goal of attracting film & TV producers who are interested in putting their creative works on the silver screen. This event will take place Thursday, January 30, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at the Miami Airport Convention Center, 777 N.W. 72 Avenue, in Miami, Florida  USA.

“I’ve written three books and produced two feature-length films,” said Jeff Carroll who will be the plenary speaker for the Books-to-Film session. “There are a lot of authors who want their books adapted to film, but there are several important issues that they should consider before making that transition.”

Jeff Carroll will explain in detail how he adapted his book to film during a  Book-to-Film Plenary to be held from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the Product Placement Expo on January 30, 2014. Carroll will discuss the trials and triumphs in his quest to make it happen during the plenary.

“I’m a motivational speaker who takes the approach that happiness is the key to life,” said Craig Stafford, dubbed The Think Happy Guru. Hie says the Product Placement Expo could be a real game changer for his new book Think Happy: 9 Thought Paths To Happiness and his overall brand. “The Product Placement Expo is the type of event that could possibly be the turning point in my career. If I’m able to make a connection with producers, my personality, book and concept will sell them on my idea of becoming a show host.”

While several authors are striving to secure a talk show, other creative artists want their music featured in a movie or as the theme song for a sitcom or drama.

“My child has the ability to read and play music from sight,” said Dr. Alvin B. Jackson, who is pushing his 17-year old son Jonathan to exhibit his talent at the Product Placement Expo. “He has been playing instruments since he was 4 years old. Jonathan plays the piano, drums, electric and base guitars, and violin.

“My son’s music is his product, and we’re coming to the Expo hoping someone will point us in the right direction,” said the proud father.

Organizers of the Product Placement Expo are developing the event to serve as an incubator for veteran and novice filmmakers. Through workshops and plenary sessions, they are hoping to educate attendees about the entertainment industry which is attracting many young people.
